I believe I have lost my library book
If you believe you have lost an item, please call or visit your branch to report it so you do not accrue or continue to accrue overdue fines. Your account will be charged the replacement cost of the item as identified in the catalog record (a staff member at the branch can provide you with the exact cost). The Library will accept payment for the item, or the identical item in new condition. If you later return an item that has been recorded as “lost and paid,” a refund will be issued upon presentation of the original receipt. All requests for refunds must occur within one (1) month of payment.
