Q. I believe I have lost my library book

I have checked out an item but cannot find it...can I pay to replace it? or buy another at a local store to replace it?


If you believe you have lost an item, please call or visit your branch to report it so you do not accrue or continue to accrue overdue fines. Your account will be charged the replacement cost of the item as identified in the catalog record (a staff member at the branch can provide you with the exact cost). If you later return an item that has been recorded as “lost and paid,” a refund will be issued upon presentation of the original receipt. All requests for refunds must occur within one (1) month of payment.
